CNC Machining Services
Our CNC Division specializes in machine work involving large production runs of the same part. While normal orders range from 25 parts to 1,000 parts, we can accommodate larger orders as well. CNC Equipment that is available includes:
- Milling machines
- Lathes
- EDM machines
How the process works:
Step 1: Our programmers take a drawing of the particular part into the CNC computer program, which is then downloaded into the CNC machine computer.
Step 2: The computer controls a tool center containing various tools such as drill bits, milling bits, turning tools, etc. to perform sequential machining operations on the inputted part.

Our CNC computer controls allow us to manufacture large numbers of identical parts extremely efficiently and with a high degree of accuracy. We have experienced machinists handling the raw material, finished parts and monitor the operation of the equipment. Our Quality Control Technician checks the parts to ensure they conform to the dimensions and meet the tolerances set forth by the drawings and specifications, leaving the worry to us and not you.
